This performance is a fascinating voyage through Italian popular music and its' history, encompassing at one time more than a century of Italian popular songs, and drawing from different genres of music as diverse as opera, pop and jazz. On vocals and keyboards, Ferdinando Argenti will perform for you songs made famous by artists such as L. Pavarotti, L. Dalla, A. Bocelli, C. Baglioni, L. Battisti, A. Celentano, B. Martino, D. Mondugno, L. Tenco, F. DeAndre, and many others. Ferdinando is a native of Pisa, (Tuscany), Italy, and a graduate of Berklee College of Music. A professional jazz pianist, he has also studied singing with The Bel Canto Opera in Boston and performs all above mentioned genres throughout the Boston area and beyond.
